Requirements:
- Experience in server, iOS, or Android development
- Proficiency in cloud or on-premises server infrastructure load monitoring
- Practical knowledge of relational databases (MySQL/Aurora)
- Database (RDB) creation experience
- Team-based development using version control tools
- Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
- Software development and team management experience, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- In-house service development and post-release operational experience
- Minimum 3 years in software or server engineering, with 2 years as an Engineering Manager
Welcome Skills:
- Familiarity with Extreme Programming, Agile testing, and BDD
- Ruby development experience
- Architecture evaluation and restructuring expertise
- Computer science or related degree
- Mobile application development proficiency (iOS/Android SDK)
- Agile development experience and project management tools expertise (Jira, Asana)
- Proven ability to create and excel in a startup’s dynamic environment
- Commitment to software engineering best practices (code reviews, testing, CI, continuous deployment)
- Previous Tech Lead or Project Manager experience
