Key Skills & (gist) Requirement:
➔ Reporting and collaborating with the product development team.
➔ Gathering product data, including web analytics, statistics, and consumer trends.
➔ Ability to read, understand and communicate technical information.
➔ Work cross-functionally with the operation, product, and engineering teams.
➔ Suggest fixes to complex issues by thorough analysis and impact of the defect.
➔ Bachelor’s degree in technology, business management, marketing, or a related field.
➔ Experience in a B2C company would be appreciated.
➔ Hands-on experience on Shell/UNIX commands, MySQL / SQL, Linux OS knowledge
➔ Knowledge on Incidents and escalation practices.
➔ Should have worked in project management tools like Confluence, JIRA.
