JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our customer is renowned for pioneering technologies and products in the commercial automotive industry. We are actively seeking a Business Analyst specializing in Electrical, Electronics, and Embedded Software for Digital Solutions and IT – Technology.
As part of the Digital Solutions and technology team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative technology solutions used across Customer Technology Teams. You’ll collaborate closely with the Electrical, Electronics, and Embedded Software Business Sub Portfolio Manager of the Customer DSIT-Technology Team.
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in analyzing Customer Business requirements, shaping Business processes, and establishing clear connections between various solutions, both upstream and downstream. The successful candidate should rapidly acquire Functional and Technical knowledge related to ECU development, including Embedded software development and Electrical design processes within our Customer’s organization.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Employ a diverse range of techniques and initiatives to thoroughly analyze the business, document requirements, and formulate business processes.
- Assist in translating complex business requirements into effective solutions.
- Aid in identifying potential solution alternatives and validating these options.
- Collaborate to ensure alignment with governance, best practices, and recommended tools and methodologies for effective implementation.
- Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts to eliminate work blockages for users.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organizational structure, relationships, and business rules.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience as a Business Analyst, specializing in the elicitation, analysis, validation, consolidation, and prioritization of business and systems requirements, complemented by an academic background in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
- Essential experience as a Business Analyst and business consultant within the Embedded software domain.
- Expertise and familiarity with Electrical, Electronics, and Embedded Software development processes.
- Proficiency and knowledge of Electrical, Electronics, and Embedded Software development solutions and tools.
- Strong command of both English and Japanese languages, with a proficiency level of JLPT N2 or above.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively adapt to and manage change.

Advantages:
- Prior experience in the Automotive Manufacturing domain.
- Background in ECU and Embedded Software domains and associated solutions.
- Familiarity with tools used in the development of ECUs and Embedded Software solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) systems and Agile methodologies.
